Domestic

 

For Australia-wide orders, we deliver using Australia Post and can ship to PO Boxes.

Orders are typically roasted on Tuesday and shipped on the following day. 

Please ensure to submit your order by Monday 12pm.

Standard Shipping: expect deliveries within 3 - 6 business working days between 9am - 5pm. 

Express Post: expect deliveries within 2 - 4 business working days between 9am - 5pm.

For shipments under 5kg, shipping costs are calculated on a flat rate based on the size of the consignment within Australia. For shipments over 5kg, please email operations@craftandlabourcoffee.com.au directly and we will organise the most efficient shipping rate for you within 24 hours. 

 

Store pick up

Please wait for a notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation and transaction number will be required  for collection. 

 

Collection Timeframe: To be advised 

 

International 

All purchases will be packed and dispatched within 24 hours of your order via Australian Post International standard service or express merchant service. Tracking of the consignment will be made available once the order has been dispatched. 

If you wish to dispatch your order via an alternate courier company, please email directly to operations@craftandlabourcoffee.com.au. We are here to assist and will provide you with a quote within 24 hours.

Express Post: expect deliveries within 4 - 6 business working days between 9am - 5pm.

Please kindly note that we have tried to make the estimated shipping quote as accurate as possible. On the odd chance that there is a big discrepancy between the estimated and final shipping cost, we will contact you to discuss further before we proceed with the dispatch process. 

Please note: import duties and customs fees are the responsibilities of the customer and it is up to the customer to find out what these costs may entail.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase that you have made from either the retail store or the online webstore. As such, we have a 14 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase (please see terms and conditions) for any reason, please contact us, within 14 days of shipment, for a refund or credit note of the purchase price.

Be sure to note down the following details: 

Name / Order Number / Item Name / QTY to Return / Reason for Return

 

Terms & Conditions

  • Full refund will be issued for merchandise items which must be returned in original unused condition, including all original packaging.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid.

  • We cannot guarantee that orders will be redirected if the incorrect shipping address has been provided. However, we will make every effort to assist you. 

  • Items purchased online can be exchanged at the Craft & Labour Flagship Store.

We highly encourage you to come visit us should you have any issues in regard to the product. Since coffee is considered a perishable product, we cannot accept returns for coffee orders. However, we are more than happy to provide a full refund of the purchased coffee price or provide you with an equivalent store credit value.
